Student Assistant For EPICUR Course Offer Administration And Design

EPICUR is looking for a motivated student assistant for EPICUR course offer administration and design. Student assistant for EPICUR course offer administration and design.

The working hours will be approximately 16h/week, ideally starting on 15 October 2025. However, the workload and the start date are flexible, so please don't let this deter you from applying. The remuneration is based on the student assistant salary compensation scheme.

Your main task will be to support the EPICUR team in the management of EPICUR courses. This includes:

• Helping to gather course proposals sent across the alliance (usually through a survey)
• Uploading course information to the system (similar to HisInOne)
• Assisting with student selection
• Supporting students during the process, mainly by answering email queries
• Taking meeting notes/minutes for various WP4 meetings
• Contributing your perspective and content ideas to help shape EPICUR programs

What you bring to the table:

• Motivation and interest in working on a European project
• Ideas for co-developing dynamic, international learning opportunities within EPICUR's priority areas
• A very good level of English, both spoken and written
• High reliability
• Good PC skills and a willingness to learn how to work with new software (experience with design software like Canva, Campus Management Systems, and Excel is an asset)
