One of our most powerful internal products is XRoam - our proprietary platform for managing immersive VR exhibitions remotely. It's a flexible, complex, and ever-evolving ecosystem. To take it to the next level, we're looking for a Technical Product Manager who can own the vision, drive support and development workflows, and shape how studios and clients interact with the platform.

What will you do?

• Lead and evolve Xroam as a product across support, UX, onboarding, and feature development
• Design and structure support workflows, documentation, knowledge base, and internal training for teams using Xroam
• Collaborate with devs on dashboard UX, remote control, analytics, kiosk applications, and other visitor-facing touchpoints
• Deliver a clear product roadmap: define specs, prioritize features, manage timelines, and coordinate delivery
• Manage direct reports
• Understanding of the agile framework and scrum methodologies. Or any alternative high performing framework for software development teams.
• Drive customer training and onboarding for external partners and studios
• Contribute to technical documentation, guides, onboarding flows, and product training sessions
• Work closely with Support, Dev, Business, and Creative teams to align goals and outcomes
