This position provides customs brokerage expertise for geographically aligned customs brokerage accounts. The incumbent collaborates with other teams to maintain communication with key clients and ensures operational execution of customer requirements. This position identifies ways to improve service and implements continuous improvement projects. The incumbent leverages detailed knowledge of the customs brokerage and clearance process and engages others to maintain and grow customs brokerage revenue. This position facilitates activities (e.g., brainstorming sessions, implementation of corrective action plans, etc.) to reduce churn and identify opportunities to expand customer relationships.

Compensation & Benefits:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $95,400/year to $172,500/year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate's work experience. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
