Dresses & Soft Wovens Intern For Summer 2026

Anthropologie Apparel is looking for a Dresses & Soft Wovens Intern for Summer 2026 who will immerse themselves within various teams across our portfolio of brands and gain hands-on learning experience in the area of apparel design. Our intern will utilize hand-sketching skills & the ability to communicate design ideas via CAD to assist in the development of product.

About the Summer Internship Program: Each summer URBN Inc. welcomes candidates from across the country to immerse themselves within various teams across our portfolio of brands and gain hands-on learning experience in the area of business which they choose to pursue. Our paid internship program also offers a summer full of intern focused events including exposure to our senior leadership across the business in small group settings, insight into company initiatives, off-site field trips & for those qualified a chance to interview for a full-time job opportunity. The URBN 2026 Summer Internship Program will run from 6/1 through 8/7 at our Home Office in Philadelphia, PA. Summer Internship Program Application Process: 1. Apply to one (1) internship posting that best suits your interest & skills. If there is a project component required for the design internship position you are applying for, you will be notified directly by 11/8. If requested to complete a project, it is required that you submit this to be considered for a position. 2. Complete Video Interview: Candidates selected will receive an email with a link to complete a video Interview. You will have 2 days to complete this portion of the application once the email is received. 3. Interviews will be scheduled with our internal teams, continuing on a rolling basis. Applications will close at 5:00pm EST on November 3rd, 2025.

Role Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of product
• Organize samples and trims
• Set up and maintain design books
• Work with overseas factory shipments

Role Qualifications

• Hand sketching skills as well as ability to sketch or to communicate design ideas via CAD
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with partners in Merchandising, Buying, Production, and Design
• Ability to respond to business objectives with creative, innovative, and cost-effective design solutions
• Ability to research and report on industry trend direction, color direction, and fabric innovations approximately 9-12 months ahead of season
• Ability to recognize and accurately forecast fashion and cultural trends as they relate to the target customer
