Free People is looking for a Temporary Motion & Graphics Designer. This person will work on a collaborative Creative Marketing team to create various creative assets to support the marketing and advertising space for Free People. We are looking for someone who has strong communicative skills, thinks creatively, is detail oriented and able to meet tight deadlines. They should also be able to thrive in a collaborative environment and possess strong problem-solving, decision-making and organizational skills. They should take a customer-driven approach to creating marketing and advertising assets that are bespoke to the channels we target while staying true to the brand identity. The ideal candidate must have strong design, layout, and animation skills; demonstrated experience with video and sound, and familiarity with social platforms. This designer will help grow the visual identity and voice for Free People by creating the right mix of animation, typography, images, illustration, and video. This is a temporary assignment covering a maternity leave.
