In this role, you will own the strategy and delivery of GenAI tools aimed to speed up our internal product life cycle. You will partner closely with stakeholders and collaborate daily with a team of AI imaging–focused data scientists and engineers to translate cutting-edge model capabilities into production-grade tools.

You synthesize complex, often ambiguous AI capabilities into clear product roadmaps with an emphasis on iterative value. You are detail oriented yet creative, strategic yet decisive. You thrive on cross-functional collaboration, are data-savvy with deep fluency in generative AI applications and are energized by the potential to reshape how fashion brands visualize and present products.

  • Align – Work across Engineering, Data Science, Creative, and Merchandising to gather and align requirements in a manner that clearly prioritizes meaningful customer and business objectives.
  • Analyze – Evaluate emerging Gen AI tools and models with rigor, assessing output quality, workflow fit, cost-per-image at scale, and commercial safety, to inform build, buy, and integrate decisions.
  • Foster Creativity – Cultivate a safe, collaborative working environment where data scientists, designers, and engineers feel empowered to experiment quickly, learn from failure, and ship with confidence.
  • Craft Solutions – Translate AI capabilities and business needs into visual workflows that are intuitive for creative and production teams, reducing friction and fostering creativity.
  • Define Requirements – Write detailed business requirements and user stories that guide cross-functional delivery teams through the implementation of complex, AI-powered visual solutions.
  • Anticipate – Proactively identify risks, technical constraints, and capability gaps in a fast-moving AI landscape—and help teams navigate them before they become blockers.

  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with generative AI tools, image generation, editing, agentic workflows, or related visual AI applications.
  • Proven ability to partner with data science teams, translating model capabilities into practical product requirements and communicating technical tradeoffs clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communicator and storyteller, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and communicate a clear point of view to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience evaluating and selecting AI/ML tools or vendors, assessing output quality, integration fit, cost at scale, and production readiness.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity, this space is moving fast, and the right candidate will thrive on defining structure where there isn't any yet.
  • Passion for innovation, Gen AI, and the potential to significantly influence the product lifecycle.
