At Regions, the Marketing and Communications (MarComm) Emerging Talent Program Analyst will experience Regions' values while receiving job skills and training, personal development, and networking opportunities through a 12-month development rotational program in MarComm. Following the 12 months, associates will be hired into a full-time MarComm role.
Associates in this role will receive exposure to various areas within MarComm while learning more about the financial services industry through up to four (4) rotations in the following areas: Marketing Brand and Messaging, Media and Public Relations, Social Media, and Sponsorship and Priority Marketing.
Analysts will have the opportunity to participate in networking and teambuilding activities, individual professional growth sessions and be exposed to senior leadership throughout MarComm and the organization at large.

Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.

Minimum: $46,292.00 USD
Median: $65,540.00 USD
