Northrop Grumman is seeking a Project Management Intern. This position will be located at our Aeronautics Systems Sector in Melbourne, FL. The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman's Product Support organization.

Essential Functions:

  • Performs variety of activities in support of functional areas such as finance, purchasing, or human resources or for a specific project/business/technical unit.
  • Gathers, collects, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources.
  • Compiles, reviews and analyzes data.
  • Uses software for functional area, to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations.
  • May design processes to enhance work flow.
  • Provides data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Be enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university AND graduating after August 2026.
  • Be majoring in a Business, Project Management or related degree.
  • Be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks during summer 2026.
  • Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) as well as Program Special access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Have an overall GPA of 3.25 or higher.
  • Previous internship/co-op or other work experience, leadership & teamwork capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, and activities (professional/community/extracurricular)

Intern Pay Range:

  • Bachelors $20.00 to $24.25 per hour
  • Master's: $29.00 to $30.50 per hour

At Northrop Grumman, our internship pay rates are standardized and take into account three main factors: the anticipated graduation date of the individual, the cost of labor of the geographic location, and whether the internship is considered technical or administrative.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
