Investments Product Research

The Investments Product Research job conducts market research and expedites idea generation through team collaborations and the streamlining of research processes. Under moderate supervision, this job prioritizes product development concepts and identifies key market insights.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Participates in the due diligence research process of investment products and disseminates communications on company performance.

Engages business stakeholders and shares research insights that create client-centric investment product solutions.

Builds a comprehensive repository of market specific information that identifies thematic insights and best practices in product development.

Develops investment research deliverables based on client, corporate, and stakeholder inputs.

Assists with day-to-day product operations and researches trends in product development, brand positioning, and customer satisfaction.

Synthesizes market data and product information from multiple sources and makes recommendations for investment strategy.

Gathers data on investment products and generates reports that illustrate market performance.

2+ Years Required, 3+ Years Preferred of the following requisite experience strongly desired:

Experience in Fund Manager Research

Morningstar Direct or eVestment

CFA designation or demonstrated pursuit of CFA

Location: This position is deemed Hybrid Flex which means this position will not be a fully remote position but will allow for some flexibility. Target locations for these opportunities is Charlotte, NC or Frisco, TX.

Anticipated Posting End Date: 2025-08-25

Base Pay Range: $84,200/yr - $149,000/yr

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
