Account Based Marketing Manager
Location: Framingham, Massachusetts
Job Type: Contract
Compensation Range: $30 - 35 per hour
The Account Based Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting our front-line sellers. Through partnerships and a strong understanding of our customers, this person will deliver marketing initiatives and materials that support the sales team in winning accounts and expanding on opportunities within existing accounts. Through personalized marketing campaigns and materials, they will build awareness, drive penetration, and account engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Drive ABM strategy and customization for large accounts across verticals.
- Identify the most effective marketing materials, channels, and messaging for key accounts.
- Leverage templates to create custom materials for sellers to use for new account implementations, driving compliance, sharing new capabilities, etc.
- Identify and create new collateral based on seller needs.
- Educate the sales team on new and existing marketing activities being performed.
- Develop strategies with the sales team to optimize engagement within high-value accounts.
- Develop process and guidelines on how Marketing supports seller requests.
- Partner across Vertical and Category Marketing to ensure messages are accurate and on point.
- Ensure marketing materials remain current and are easily accessible to sellers through digital sales tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree plus 5+ years ABM experience.
- Demonstrated track record in crafting compelling positioning and marketing content.
- Innovative, results-oriented, strong customer-centric outlook.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-orientation, with an affinity for influencing and working across functions in a dynamic often-changing environment.
- Proactive, self-directed individual with proven ability to manage multiple projects, balancing strategy with day-to-day execution.
- Ability to keep initiatives moving on time, on budget, and with attention to detail. Able to foresee and prevent problems in advance and fix any issues quickly.
- Keen analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.
