Marketing Analytics Analyst
CNN is seeking a Marketing Analytics Analyst to join our Growth Analytics team. This role will support our go-to-market efforts by conducting in-depth campaign analysis, developing reporting, and sharing insights about what is and isn't working in marketing with business leads. The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and eager to grow their analytics skillset in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
As a Analyst, Marketing Analytics, you will:
- Analyze marketing campaign performance across channels to identify what is and isn't working in our growth marketing initiatives.
- Support reporting and dashboarding efforts to track key marketing KPIs.
- Assist in evaluating marketing effectiveness by evaluating campaigns in terms of ROI, CPA, and other efficiency metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and other analysts to understand campaign goals and translate them into measurable outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve our data stack by simplifying processes like the complex conditional logic that goes into identifying marketing channels.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting tools and platforms.
- Present findings in a clear, actionable format to stakeholders across Marketing, Growth, and Strategy teams.
The Essentials
- 1+ years of experience in analytics, preferably in marketing, digital media, e-commerce, or streaming.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing data.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with marketing concepts such as ROI, ROAS, LTV, and attribution.
- Strong attention to detail and a logical mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
Pay Range: $91,140.00 - $169,260.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
