The mission of the Marketing department is to drive fandom, music consumption, D2C purchases, and social conversation/engagement using innovative marketing strategies. We work directly with the artists to translate the vision of their music into groundbreaking campaign rollouts. The team is responsible for all aspects of an artist's presence, including brand development, tour/show support, OOH activations, digital advertising, content ideation, influencer campaigns, CRM, viral moments, social/digital partner activations, content seeding, websites, etc.

Your role:

If you are detail-oriented and process-driven with a passion for finance and music, this is your opportunity. You will work behind the scenes in a fast-paced team environment to support the digital, marketing, and viral internal departments. You will also be the primary contact for outside vendors and assist in ensuring they are paid on time.

Here you'll get to:

  • Manage Marketing Budgets with the internal marketing team, including organizing, tracking, and maintaining comprehensive records of project spends.
  • Process invoices, including creating vendors and accurately coding invoices in our financial systems (Ariba and others).
  • Correspond with vendors and internal staff to issue Purchase Orders (POs), track status, and resolve outstanding invoice or payment issues.
  • Serve as the primary internal contact for establishing new vendors in the Warner Music Group financial systems to ensure timely payment.
  • Partner with admin staff to audit and streamline existing financial workflows for greater efficiency and accuracy.

Highly organized, resourceful, and have a strong attention to detail

Good with numbers and finance programs

Hard worker for whom no task is too small

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Comfortable with spreadsheets, financials, and math

Self-motivated and able to complete tasks independently

Have a genuine curiosity about learning the music industry

Experience & competency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Monday.com/Airtable

Salary Range

$20.00 - $22.50 Hourly
