We are seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to contribute to our healthcare projects by performing architectural production utilizing Revit. The role also involves overseeing construction administration for aviation projects, which includes reviewing site plans, design reviews, proposals, and scheduling. The candidate will be responsible for creating detailed construction documents using Revit and collaborating with project teams to meet deadline goals.
Responsibilities
Perform architectural production utilizing Revit on healthcare projects.
Conduct construction administration for aviation projects, including reviewing site plans, design reviews, proposals, and scheduling.
Create construction documents using Revit for various projects.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure project deadlines are met.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in Revit.
Experience with construction documents and architecture.
Expertise in construction administration.
Minimum of 7 years of architecture experience.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with aviation projects is preferred.
Familiarity with construction administration tasks such as RFI response, proposals, scheduling, design reviews, site visits, and change orders.
Experience in architectural design and design development for healthcare and commercial projects.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00/hr.
