Exact Sciences is seeking a detail-oriented and driven marketing automation professional to join our Customer Engagement & Web Experience team. This team supports Marketing, Customer Experience (CX), and business partners across the organization by executing omnichannel campaigns that engage customers and support improved health outcomes. As a Marketing Automation Manager, you will work hands-on within our Customer Engagement Platform, Braze, to build and launch campaign assets, configure segments, and implement journey logic based on predefined strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the delivery of lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, and other channels. This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to patient and provider engagement, helping ensure timely, relevant communications that drive action.
