The Associate Marketing Manager supports marketing efforts for PMI Entertainment Group-managed venues and events. This role contributes to social media management, branding, digital advertising, contesting, creative development, and sales fulfillment to grow audience engagement and drive ticket sales. The position builds event-specific marketing plans, supports paid and organic digital campaigns, partners with promoters and agencies, and helps ensure brand consistency across all venues and platforms. Success requires creativity, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced entertainment environment.
Job Duties:
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Digital Media, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in entertainment, live events, sports, or a venue setting. Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, TikTok for Business, Google Ads/Analytics, and other modern digital platforms. Strong skills in copywriting, content creation, and campaign support. Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse internal/external partners. Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools (Trello preferred). Availability to work nights, weekends, and event-based hours.

Must have a good understanding of and ability to effectively communicate with people. Must be mentally adaptable and flexible in dealing with daily workload and a variety of people. Participate in safety programs and follow all company procedures. Stay informed on marketing, social media, entertainment, and fan engagement trends. Represent PMI in a courteous, professional manner during all public interactions. Requires hearing within normal range and eyesight correctable to 20/20 to read communications, reports, and computer terminals. Maintain physical ability to perform duties requiring mobility, computer use, and on-site event participation.
