The College of Education at Auburn University is excited to announce their search for an Assistant Director of Communications and Marketing.
This position will support the college's Director of Communications and Marketing and advance the college's mission by leading internal communications and engagement initiatives that inform and connect faculty, staff, students, and other key constituents. This role develops and executes strategies for messaging, event promotion, and outreach to faculty, staff, alumni, donors, partners, and community stakeholders. The Assistant Director partners across academic units and administrative offices to ensure clear, timely communications, consistent brand expression, and measurable engagement outcomes.
Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.
5 years of experience in marketing and communications services.
Knowledge of various marketing and communication theories, concepts, techniques, mediums and strategies. Ability to write for various audiences and in various formats.
