This role supports strategic initiatives to drive client acquisition, growth, and retention in our Affluent Wealth Management space. The analyst will lead and contribute to projects that enhance referral, lead generation, and data utilization efforts, while enabling seamless collaboration across teams and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business lines to implement strategies that enable client growth
Lead and support projects focused on referrals, lead management, and data integration, including transition to business-as-usual (BAU) operations
Provide tactical and strategic support to deepen client relationships and improve retention
Enhance engagement and sales pipelines across the client lifecycle through integrated technology solutions
Facilitate connections across Wealth Management and broader U.S. Bank teams to support acquisition and growth initiatives
Serve as a key liaison between marketing, technology, and field teams
Oversee programs related to referrals, lead generation, marketing, field engagement, digital/CRM tools, reporting, training, and communications
Act as a subject matter expert in marketing tools and technology, integrating data-driven insights into client engagement strategies
Deliver holistic training, communications, and reporting to field teams and business partners to drive activation and engagement
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Typically four or more years of related experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
Strong project management and multitasking abilities
Effective communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business software tools
Experience conducting business needs analysis and forecasting
Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional project teams

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $71,400.00 - $84,000.00
