Clinical Marketing Specialist (Full-Time)

The Clinical Marketing Specialist will lead strategic marketing initiatives to support brand consistency, digital asset management, and local office growth across our network. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing programs that drive patient acquisition, enhance our employer brand, and support recruitment and retention efforts in partnership with our Talent Acquisition team.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, creative, and collaborative marketer with experience in multi-location environments and a passion for building strong, recognizable brands.

While this role will primarily be remote, it will require occasional travel to Cherry Tree Dental clinical sites, work locations, vendor locations, therefore candidates should be within a reasonable distance of Madison, WI.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and manage a centralized library of digital marketing assets (photos, videos, templates, etc.) for use across all dental offices.
  • Ensure consistent application of brand standards across all internal and external marketing materials.
  • Lead office-level brand refreshes, signage updates, and collateral development to maintain a cohesive look and feel.
  • Create and maintain brand guidelines and marketing templates for internal stakeholders and field teams.
  • Design and implement scalable marketing programs that support local office growth, brand awareness, and community engagement.
  • Coordinate cross-functional launches for new dental offices, including digital campaigns, signage, and local promotional efforts.
  • Align with digital marketing teams on paid media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and website content to ensure cohesive brand representation.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of campaigns and assets to inform future strategies.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies that attract high-quality clinical and non-clinical talent.
  • Support the development of employer branding content, including career page updates, social media, digital campaigns, and employee spotlights.
  • Collaborate on retention campaigns and internal communications that reinforce company culture and employee value proposition.
  • Monitor competitive positioning and employer brand perception in key markets.
  • Collaborate on co-branded marketing campaigns, patient education initiatives, and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary marketing liaison with Delta Dental of Wisconsin to ensure brand alignment and partnership effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities for shared storytelling, marketing insights, and join community involvement.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Five years of experience in marketing program management.
  • Strong portfolio of work related to digital asset management, brand execution, and campaign coordination.
  • Experience partnering with HR and Talent Acquisition on recruitment and employer branding initiatives.
  • Proficient in Canva, Adobe, Creative Suite, digital asset management platforms, and marketing automation tools.
  • Exceptional project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
