Corporate Marketing Consultant

Ebenezer is looking for a casual Corporate Marketing Consultant to join our team with the Ebenezer Corporate office in Edina, MN! This position will develop and support the marketing plans for Ebenezer housing & health care sites including new construction, owned and managed sites, care centers, adult day programs and child care.

This marketing schedule includes:

• On Call/Casual
• Day shifts available

Responsibilities:

• Works collaboratively with the corporate sales and marketing teams and external development partners to create site marketing plans
• Executes marketing initiatives within budget guidelines
• Evaluates effectiveness of all marketing activities and adjusts in response to changes in the business and/or market trends
• Track expenses and monitor budgets
• Prepares reports for corporate team members or ownership/developer groups as requested
• Provide tools, direction and guidance for developing and initiating effective marketing plans
• Adjusts goals as needed based on changes in the business and market trends
• Provide high level training re: digital and social media marketing strategies
• Identifies high impact events for target audiences
• Provide and support event checklist details
• Recommend/secure speakers and entertainers as-needed
• Secure venues for off-site events as-needed
• Coordinates or advises re: catering options for events
• Works collaboratively with site staff on all aspects of planning and execution
• Develops high quality collateral materials and ensures that sites have adequate supplies at all times
• Develops copy for promotional materials and websites
• Leads and monitors design process for promotional materials & initiatives
• Archives all templates in SharePoint files
• Develops and maintains site websites
• Utilizes social media marketing strategies effectively
• Facilitates direct mail initiatives
• Develops and proofs site advertising
• Develops and provide guidance re: promotional signage
• Strategizes and manages the message
• Places ads in print publications, digital platforms and other media outlets
• Update site marketing materials per site direction
• Participate in Ebenezer special project work groups
• Identifies and draws data from CRM
• Analyze data to measure return on investment for marketing planning (i.e. referral source reports)
• Collaborates with Ebenezer Marketing and Communications Manager and/or media relations partners to attain media coverage for sites.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts Marketing/Communications, related field
• 3 years related experience
• Drivers License

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in presentations using PowerPoint
