Young people and their families come to Idaho Youth Ranch seeking healing and hope from traumas that are keeping them from living up to their full potential. The Digital Marketing Manager at Idaho Youth Ranch plays an essential role in helping connect families and young people who are facing adversity, trauma, and loss with caring adults who will help them get the safety and support they need to heal.

Idaho Youth Ranch is a diverse organization with unique marketing needs. From marketing 24 thrift stores, a car lot, and an ecommerce department to managing marketing campaigns for a statewide network of life-changing programs, our Digital Marketing Manager must be able to see the big picture to help the public understand that when kids need help, we are here and anyone who cares about Idaho’s kids can help through donations, volunteerism, or shopping.

We are looking for someone who understands how to use the elements of branding to tell a cohesive story to anyone who interacts with our organization.

Since 1953, Idaho Youth Ranch has provided healing and hope for Idaho’s kids. We use proven therapies and programs to help kids who have experienced loss or adversity transform childhood trauma into hope. We offer a statewide network of services to kids 9-24 years old and their families, including outpatient therapies, residential care, adoption services, and career readiness.

As Digital Marketing Manager, your work directly impacts our ability to provide life-changing therapies to the youth we serve. You play a lead role in helping parents of Idaho’s most vulnerable youth learn Idaho Youth Ranch can provide the healing and hope they need. As a leader in our branding, website, and social media, you play a critical role in public understanding and support for Idaho Youth Ranch.

Your design skills and messaging skills play a key role in communication both within Idaho Youth Ranch and in the broader community. Your work is often the public face of Idaho Youth Ranch and plays an important role in perceptions of Idaho Youth Ranch.

Must Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of digital communications experience
• Website management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Publisher
• Demonstrated knowledge of email communications
• Excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred:

• Google Adwords/Youtube Certified is a plus

Our Digital Marketing Manager:

• Handles overall client acquisition strategies across digital and traditional platforms (Google, Social Media, Advertising, etc.)
• Oversees the development and execution of program collateral that represents the organization and attracts clients
• Works closely with Director of Events and Event Coordinator to create and implement communication plans
