Digital Product Manager
Our healthcare client is seeking a Digital Product Manager for a year-long contract. This role is fully remote, requiring 20 hours per week for 1 year (mid January 2026 through 12/31/26) with potential to extend.

Primary responsibilities include:
- Engaging project\'s target audience and communicating overall project vision, roadmap, and deliverables with key stakeholders, leadership, and the project team.
- Balancing great product development with short deadlines and multiple priorities while considering dependencies from other products, apps, data, and projects.
- Partnering with scrum masters, software engineer leadership, product owners, and SMEs to manage and prioritize work intake.
- Working with the Lead Product Manager to develop the roadmap across digital experiences. Accountable for execution and support of the roadmap for portal and mobile app products.
- Acting as the ambassador for member and employer portals and mobile apps internally and externally by performing demos, socializing project scope and timelines, creating product-related presentations, and responding to product inquiries.
- Partnering with UX/UI Designers to ensure product designs are usable, feasible, and valuable.
- Helping mitigate issues, remove impediments, and resolve issues related to online portals and mobile apps.
- Participating and leading discovery sessions with other product managers, software engineers, and subject matter experts to define project requirements including product purpose, functionality, and experience.
- Collaborating with digital reporting analyst for utilization analytics to drive decisions and translate into product requirements. Monitoring user feedback and metrics to drive better user experience and business value.
- Leading feature refinement sessions with project team to define features and capture acceptance criteria. Building and maintaining a backlog of refined features, prioritized for delivery.
- Creating visually appealing, persuasive, effective presentations for digital products and presenting to audiences ranging from scrum teams, stakeholders, leadership, and business areas across the organization.
The ideal candidate:
- An experienced Digital Product Manager who appreciates the opportunity to improve people\'s health through digital engagement.
- Minimum of 4 years\' experience determining project scope, leading projects, and socializing project status and outcome to leaders, stakeholders, project teams, and business partners.
- Demonstrated digital experience with websites and/or mobile apps, content development, and experience with designers and business stakeholders.
- 1+ year of experience utilizing Agile methodology for project management.
- History of working cross-functionally and navigating a matrixed environment in a large company.
- Preferred if you have experience in healthcare, health insurance, etc.
- Someone that is excited to partner with business owners, developers, product owners, and project management teams to improve the user\'s digital experience by connecting service touch points and experiences via web, mobile, email, and other new technologies.
