As an Access Marketing Lead (AML), you are accountable for the development, execution, and monitoring of Market Access strategies, resources, and tools for Market Access stakeholders, including PBMs, Payers, and Channel customers. Your role focuses on access and coverage for HCPs/HCOs, aligning with the Access Business Partners' overall access and value strategy. This position requires significant cross-functional collaboration and influencing across Market Access, P&P Squad Teams, Medical/HEOR, and Customer Engagement. You must possess excellent skills in communication and content development, with a deep understanding of US reimbursement dynamics and the payer landscape. You will be adept in payer marketing and access pull-through and push-through strategy and execution.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

Support Access and Brand Imperatives through best-in-class access marketing;

Lead the creation and activation of access stakeholder resources, including PIE decks, Value Props, Mock P&T, etc.;

Lead the creation and activation of pull-through/push-through materials/tools for Customer Engagement focused on access, coverage, and affordability;

Define key metrics, track performance, and report results against outcomes;

Manage Market Access Agency of Record to deliver high-quality content with stringent budget management;

Collaborate with CE and L&D to create effective field execution, training, and POA content;

Contribute to setting brand outcomes, developing 90 Day priorities, and executing across channels;

Ensure compliant and efficient execution by partnering with Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance teams;

Lead Missions related to Market Access levers for brand outcomes / 90-day cycles;

Mentor Access Marketing team members on key areas of expertise (pull-through, payer marketing, field training, etc.);

Ensure alignment of access imperatives with brand, patient services, training, and CE.

Who You Are:

Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:

Required Qualifications:

Deep understanding of reimbursement dynamics and payer landscape;

Bachelor's Degree required; US Market Access Experience required;

Knowledge of the business models, influence/impact, and decision drivers of U.S. commercial and government payers;

Ability to craft compelling value propositions/stories and evidence generation plans;

Strong grasp of the financial aspects of the US healthcare system;

Experience building influential relationships with key internal and external stakeholders;

Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex business challenges and data-driven recommendations;

Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, fluid, entrepreneurial, and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

10 years + experience in the Pharma industry preferred;

MBA or PharmD preferred;

Established background in market access payer and/or pull-through marketing;

Knowledge of brand forecasting process.

Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $176,768.80 - $265,153.20. Additional compensation includes annual bonus and long term incentive. Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc..

This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant's location, market data/ranges, an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
