Lead product launch and sustaining strategies for current and future insulin pump systems, to include integrated Continuous Glucose Monitoring. Responsible for growth strategies, commercial messaging, and supporting tools to help the organization achieve business targets.
This position is an exciting opportunity to work with Medtronic's Diabetes business. Medtronic has announced its intention to separate the Diabetes division to promote future growth and innovation within the business and reallocate investments and resources across Medtronic, subject to applicable information and consultation requirements. As a separate entity, we anticipate leveraging increased investments to drive meaningful innovation and enhance our impact on patient care.
Develop comprehensive commercial marketing strategy for pump systems to meet the needs of patient and HCP customers and drive revenue growth.
Determine marketing messages, programs, and support tools for field execution.
Analyze business trends and customer insights to determine new opportunities.
Lead the launch of new pump and integrated CGM products.
Responsible for sustaining product lifecycle management, growth, and discontinuation decisions.
Partner with Sales Operations and Finance to anticipate product utilization and demand forecast.
Develop quarterly Plan of Action in collaboration with marketing and region partners; enable the regions with marketing support to drive utilization and achieve forecast.
Travel approximately 25%

Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of marketing, sales, or program management experience

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD): $189,600.00 - $284,400.00
This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
This position is eligible for an annual long-term incentive plan.
The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
