The pay range is $131,000.00 - $236,000.00. Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. As Director Guest Marketing Strategy, A&A you will lead a team of marketers, leveraging your leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to grow the brand and the Apparel & Accessories business. You'll deliver annual and quarterly guest marketing strategies, as well as monthly and weekly plans and investments, that align consumer, business, and brand outcomes.

Analyze guest, business, competitive, industry, and cultural insights with a forward-looking lens.
Build strong partnerships across Marketing & Digital, Loyalty, Roundel, Pricing, Merchandising, and Finance.
Collaborate with external brand partners to develop joint marketing strategies and plans that enhance consumer relevance and drive mutual business results.
Lead Marketing & Digital roundtables and represent Marketing with key internal and external stakeholders.
Anticipate risks and opportunities, ensuring senior leader alignment on priorities and deliverables.
Attract, retain, and develop a high-performing, highly engaged team through coaching and feedback.
This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
