We are looking for an experienced Director of Marketing to lead brand strategy initiatives and enhance our presence in the market. Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy to strengthen market position and achieve business objectives.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging consumer trends, monitor competitors, and pinpoint opportunities for growth.
Design and implement marketing campaigns across digital, print, and retail channels to boost brand awareness and drive sales.
Collaborate closely with product development teams to ensure new products align with brand identity and consumer expectations.
Optimize the marketing budget by allocating resources effectively and ensuring maximum impact.
Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and creative, to deliver cohesive and impactful brand messaging.
Track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, using key metrics to refine strategies and improve results.
Uphold brand consistency by maintaining adherence to established guidelines and ensuring all communications reflect the brand's integrity.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in brand management, ideally within the food and beverage industry.
Demonstrated success in creating and executing impactful brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical skills, with expertise in interpreting market data and transforming insights into actionable plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics.
