We're looking for a forward-thinking Director of Marketing to lead the development and execution of high-level marketing strategies that drive business growth, strengthen brand positioning, and deliver measurable results.
In this role, you'll partner closely with leadership to align marketing efforts with business objectives, using data-driven insights to shape initiatives that increase market share, optimize performance, and fuel long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
- Identify emerging market opportunities and trends to guide positioning, segmentation, and campaign strategy.
- Own the marketing roadmap, ensuring every initiative is tied to measurable business impact.
- Demand Generation & Lead Management
- Build and manage targeted, data-driven campaigns to generate a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
- Partner closely with Sales to enhance lead scoring, qualification, and conversion processes.
- Track lead flow from acquisition through hand-off, ensuring clear visibility into pipeline performance.
- Sales Alignment & Enablement
- Collaborate with Sales to develop go-to-market strategies, ideal customer profiles (ICPs), and targeted messaging.
- Create impactful sales enablement tools: one-pagers, case studies, email templates, pitch decks, and more.
- Drive integrated marketing campaigns that align with sales goals and foster tight collaboration across teams.
- Team & Vendor Management
- Hire, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
- Cultivate a collaborative, accountable, and data-informed team culture.
- Own and manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI and allocate resources strategically.
- Analytics & Optimization
- Establish and track KPIs across all marketing channels.
- Leverage analytics tools to monitor funnel performance, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and campaign attribution.
- Continuously test, measure, and optimize campaigns to improve engagement and performance.
- Deliver clear, actionable reporting to executive leadership on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Brand, Content & Communications
- Own and evolve brand messaging across all platforms and materials.
- Oversee the content strategy to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Ensure compelling, consistent communication across web, email, social media, and product marketing channels.
What You Bring:
- 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven success in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing, lead generation, and sales enablement.
- Data-first mindset with hands-on experience in marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience managing teams and vendors in a fast-paced, result-driven environment.
