Our client is seeking an Email Marketing Coordinator to work on a long term contract supporting Email Marketing initiatives. This role is essential for implementing the roadmap set forth by the Email Strategy Manager and Email Campaign Manager, focusing on increasing awareness and generating demand among key stakeholders.
The Coordinator will be responsible for helping with the coordination of email marketing campaigns and managing email asset workflows. This person may also become responsible for developing emails in Eloqua and performing content QA on assets. A continuous drive to enhance current workflows and improve efficiencies is crucial for success in this role. Strong organizational skills and the ability to document solutions are also key requirements.
They are looking for a hard-working, driven individual with impeccable attention to detail. Staying up to date with industry innovations, trends, and best practices is vital. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, a self-starter, highly detail-oriented, data-driven, and passionate about email and marketing automation.

At least 6-12 months of professional work experience with marketing automation or email marketing platforms such as Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio, Pardot and Journey Builder, Adobe Campaign Manager, or Marketo. Open to others outside of this list.
