Location: Dallas, TX 75206 (Hybrid Schedule)

Duration: 6-month contract | 20-30 hours/week

We're seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to support our growing digital marketing efforts across multiple brands under a parent company umbrella. This is a part-time contract role with a hybrid schedule, requiring some onsite collaboration in Dallas, TX. You'll play a key role in streamlining email operations and ensuring targeted, effective communication with our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Segment email lists across multiple brands to ensure accurate targeting.
• Deploy emails to the correct audiences with precision and consistency.
• Build and maintain a routine email content calendar using HubSpot.
• Assist with email design, testing, and performance tracking.
• Support ongoing optimization of email campaigns based on engagement metrics.

Requirements

Top 3 Must-Haves:

• HubSpot proficiency - hands-on experience with email creation, automation, and segmentation.
• Proven experience in email marketing, including list segmentation and deployment.
• Exceptional attention to detail - accuracy in targeting and messaging is critical.

Preferred Experience:

• Background in multi-brand or multi-segment marketing environments.
• Familiarity with customer lifecycle email strategies.
• Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced marketing team.

Skills & Tools:

• HubSpot (required)
• Strong writing and editing skills for email content
• Understanding of email marketing KPIs and analytics
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Basecamp, Asana)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
