As Specialist, Field Marketing, you'll play a critical support role in ensuring brand consistency, managing commercial marketing initiatives, and creating network-facing content that empowers brokers and agents. From overseeing compliance to maintaining resources on intranet platforms and Xpressdocs, you'll help bring marketing programs to life and support the Director of Field Marketing on key initiatives. This role is based in our Madison, NJ Headquarters at 175 Park Ave.
Brand Compliance & Commercial Marketing
Monitor and enforce brand standards across network-facing materials and campaigns.
Oversee commercial marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
Content Management & Platform Support
Manage and update network-facing content on intranet platforms and Xpressdocs.
Assist with creation and distribution of marketing resources for brokers and agents.
Program & Project Support
Provide day-to-day support for initiatives led by the Director of Field Marketing, including campaign development, presentations, and event activations.
Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals for marketing projects.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to maintain brand consistency and deliver high-quality marketing assets.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination or project management.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with marketing platforms such as Xpressdocs and Canva.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
