Executive Director, Global Banking Intelligence & Growth Strategy

Help shape revenue growth strategy at a global leader in financial services. Join a fast-paced, insight-driven team that blends market intelligence, internal data, and advanced analytics to uncover high-impact opportunities. Partner with senior leaders, grow your influence, and accelerate your career on work that drives meaningful outcomes for the firm.

As an Executive Director in the Global Banking Intelligence & Growth Strategy team, you will lead enterprise strategy that advances revenue growth across the Commercial & Investment Bank. You will combine internal data, external market signals, and advanced analytics-including AI and large language models-to identify and prioritize high-value opportunities across M&A, capital markets, foreign exchange, payments, and corporate banking. You will partner directly with senior business leaders to shape strategic priorities and translate analytic insights into action. In our collaborative, high-performing team, you will champion data-driven decisions that deliver measurable client and business impact.

Your work spans opportunity identification and go-to-market strategy, from market sizing and wallet modeling to coverage design and territory strategy. Representative initiatives include: identifying sell-side M&A, take-private, and IPO candidates by integrating internal indicators with external deal and valuation signals; uncovering FX hedging and capital markets opportunities from payment flows and public filings; building total addressable market and share-of-wallet models to inform prioritization and hiring; and enhancing banker coverage models and prioritization frameworks to improve revenue productivity.
