The Global Fluid Network Lifecycle Services Product Manager is responsible for defining, developing, and scaling Vertiv's global lifecycle service offerings for liquid cooling systems, fluid distribution networks, and thermal management infrastructure. This role owns the service portfolio strategy from concept through global deployment, ensuring offerings are serviceable, scalable, and digitally enabled. The role partners closely with regional services teams, thermal product management, engineering, and digital teams to launch new service initiatives, establish standardized delivery models, and drive installed base penetration and recurring services revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Service Portfolio Strategy & Development
Define and own the global lifecycle services roadmap for fluid networks and liquid cooling infrastructure
Translate customer reliability, uptime, and efficiency needs into standardized service offerings
Develop clear service definitions including scope, entitlements, and differentiation
Global Deployment & Regional Enablement
Coordinate with regional services teams to deploy global offerings consistently
Develop and maintain:
Statements of Work (SOWs)
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Service delivery playbooks
Support regional adaptations while maintaining global standardization
New Service Launch & Innovation
Lead market research and competitive analysis for new thermal and fluid services
Launch new service portfolios including pilots, global rollout, and enablement
Partner with engineering and product teams to influence design for serviceability and digital readiness
Commercialization & Value Pricing
Define value-based pricing methodologies aligned to customer outcomes (uptime, efficiency, risk reduction)
Partner with Sales and Finance to establish pricing guidance and margin targets
Support sales enablement with value messaging and ROI narratives
Lifecycle Performance Management
Monitor service adoption, execution quality, and customer outcomes
Continuously refine offerings using field feedback and performance data
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
7-12+ years in lifecycle services, product management, or thermal infrastructure roles
Experience with liquid cooling, CDUs, or fluid systems in critical environments
Strong cross-functional and global collaboration skills
