Overall responsibility for organizing and leading the marketing function for GRE globally.
Primary responsibilities include serving as the expert marketer for GRE, crafting and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy across digital, MarTech, traditional advertising, PR, and brand development.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product development, and finance to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
Lead digital marketing efforts and marketing automation to enhance online presence and lead generation for both B2C and B2B audiences.
Strategically plan and manage marketing budgets to align with organizational goals.
Spearhead customer acquisition initiatives and devise retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
Supervise pricing, product marketing, marketing communications, advertising, and public relations activities.
Leading and building high-performing teams:
Oversee performance marketing, content creation, and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams.
Serve as a global marketing thought leader, supporting both global agendas and local business units (Bus).
Build, mentor, and lead a results-driven marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and accountability.
Ensure the marketing department is equipped with the necessary resources and focused on achieving the right goals and objectives for success.
Drive growth by continuously evolving GRE's communication strategy to adapt to changes in the media landscape and consumer behavior, utilizing data-based insights.
Education and experience:
Bachelor's degree in business or associated concentrations, MBA strongly preferred.
13+ years of demonstrated success leading teams (on-site and remote) both directly and in a matrix-based environment.
