The Growth Subscription Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving subscription growth for our consumer electronics products, which complement our hardware offerings. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive subscription growth strategies, with a primary focus on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Collaborate closely with product, core marketing, and sales teams to align growth strategies with product roadmaps and evolving customer needs.
Analyze customer data and subscription metrics-including churn rate, ARPU (Average Revenue Per User), and Customer Lifetime Value-to identify significant opportunities for growth and improvement.
Drive the creation and implementation of targeted marketing campaigns to boost subscription conversions.
Lead pricing and packaging strategies to maximize revenue while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to maintain a distinct competitive advantage.
Manage partnerships and initiatives designed to expand subscription reach and adoption across relevant channels.
Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to overall subscription growth.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in subscription growth or SaaS marketing within the B2C space.
Prior experience within a technology, mobile, or hardware-related company is highly preferred.
A proven, verifiable track record of driving consumer subscription growth using methods such as in-app notifications, targeted email marketing campaigns, and lifecycle engagement strategies.
Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to accurately interpret complex data and translate it into actionable, data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills necessary to work effectively with diverse cross-functional teams.
