Location: The Head of Marketing Metallics is a remote position, with preference given to candidates in Sheboygan Falls, WI, Tamaqua, PA, Carlsbad and San Jose, CA, and Chandler/Tempe, AZ areas. There will be up to 25% domestic and international travel required to meet business needs.

Your Role: The Metallics Marketing Director is responsible for leading the Metallics Marketing Team in the Thin Films business unit. The primary focus of this role is to serve as the commercial lead to manage the Metallics product portfolio and NPI pipeline, achieve business objectives for revenue, profitability, and market share for the Metallics business. Strong interpersonal, commercial, and technical skills are required for success in this marketing leadership role. The position requires the ability to effectively work across a matrix of business functions that support the Metallics business. This position is accountable for the following: P&L responsibilities for Metallics business, achieve business objectives for revenue, profitability and market share. Manage all offerings through supervision of direct reports to maximize profitability and meet or exceed the business objectives. Acceleration of new product development and introduction is an essential element to this position. Close collaboration with R&D team is required; embrace the "two in a box" model with the Head of Metallics R&D. Prioritize and determine the new opportunities that are identified by the customer facing team.

Who You Are Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering background or related field. 8+ years’ experience in the semiconductor industry. Hands-on experience in product management, commercial negotiations, business planning, strategy development and execution. Ability to develop business cases and market plans. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree (Master or Ph.D.) in material science or chemistry and MBA is a plus. Strong collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills, especially across a matrix and global organization.

Pay range for this position: $170,000 - $200,000 The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses.
