Sr. Manager, Creative Marketing - Shopper And Consumer

The Sr. Manager, Creative Marketing - Shopper And Consumer will support the Shopper Creative Team within the Home Entertainment division (primarily TV). This role serves as the right hand to the team lead, managing merchandising graphics, localizing assets, and ensuring world-class creative execution across retailer and consumer touchpoints. The ideal candidate has strong creative sensibilities, project management expertise, advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to oversee multiple high-priority projects on tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Support the shopper creative team for the TV side of the home entertainment division
  • Act as the right hand to the team lead, focusing on merchandising graphics for all retailers and localizing assets from HQ into PDP toolkits
  • Populate briefs with strategy and features for graphics, then coordinate with the agency to execute
  • Review agency-created graphics for accuracy, ensuring they follow design guidelines and make sense for displays
  • Manage the copy process, including revising copy from agencies and crafting headlines or copy as needed
  • Proof graphics before they are sent to print vendors, ensuring no errors
  • Project manage urgent timelines and coordinate with various teams including retail, legal, agency, and consumer insights
  • Partner with consumer insights teams to ensure work is data-driven
  • Localize global assets for the US market and develop marketing materials for use in paid and owned channels
  • Build communications and marketing toolkits to help stakeholders adhere to marketing strategy and guidelines
  • Provide brand governance to ensure creative adheres to strategy
  • Develop insight-based creative briefs and deployment strategies for agency partners
  • Oversee versioning of master campaign and promotional assets into toolkits for downstream execution
  • Ensure creative is fit-for-purpose across digital, in-store, and consumer purchase journey touchpoints
  • Govern downstream creative executions for consistency
  • Ensure all financial, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance processes are followed
  • Deliver world-class creative execution, measured against financial, in-market, and brand health objectives
  • Execute projects on time and on budget while meeting all KPIs

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing with at least 3 years in digital marketing, advertising, or shopper/retail marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent experience; candidates with 10-15 years of relevant work experience will be considered
  • Strong creative/design background with an excellent eye for detail and ability to catch errors in graphics
  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas
  • Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to create and manage presentations
  • Project management expertise with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation ability
  • Experience in copywriting and reviewing copy for US consumers
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with retail, agency, legal, and insights teams
  • Positive attitude, sense of urgency, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Not hands-on in design software, but able to direct and review creative work effectively
  • Up to 10% travel, primarily for national sales meetings
