Position Summary
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Operations Manager who loves building systems, automating processes, and turning marketing data into actionable insights. This person will own our martech stack, reporting infrastructure, attribution models, and the data engine behind both our digital and event marketing.
Responsibilities
Own the marketing tech stack: Salesforce, Pardot, ZoomInfo, LeanData, Insycle, Google Analytics, Power BI, Funnel, Looker, and Alignly
Build and optimize dashboards and reporting systems for campaign and event performance
Analyze marketing data and campaign attribution to uncover actionable insights
Support ~100 annual events by managing event lists, tracking performance, and syncing data into Salesforce
Ensure CRM and MAP data hygiene across marketing and sales
Track digital advertising performance
Manage website updates and create/edit landing pages as needed
Automate manual marketing workflows and recommend process improvements
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, design, and content teams
Qualifications
4+ years in a marketing operations or growth ops role at a B2B or SaaS company
Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Pardot, Power BI or Looker, Funnel.io and Google Analytics
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate data insights
Understanding of marketing attribution (first-touch, last-touch, multi-touch)
Experience with ZoomInfo, LeanData, and Insycle
Proficiency in campaign management and digital ad performance measurement
Comfortable with WordPress site updates and landing page editing
Proactive problem solver with an eye for automation and process design
Strong communicator, collaborator, and self-starter
Bonus Points
Familiarity with Alignly or other attribution software
Experience supporting ABM (account-based marketing) strategies
HTML/CSS or design skills for minor web edits
Experience with Cvent or other Event management software

Automated key digital and event reporting processes
Delivered clear, reliable dashboards for sales and marketing
Improved Salesforce/Pardot data hygiene and campaign tracking

The current pay range for this role is currently $80,000 to $110,000 per year, based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of pay offered will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, and internal guidelines.
This role will also be eligible to participate in Tradeweb's discretionary bonus program.
