SierTeK Ltd. is seeking an Instructional Systems Designer to support a remote opportunity.
Position Overview Section
Designs and updates curriculum and training materials. Applies ISD methodologies to create lesson plans, vignettes, quick guides, and role-based learning modules. Works with SMEs to incorporate feedback and align training content with operational requirements.
Minimum Position Requirements
Must have a Bachelor's degree.
Must have an active Secret clearance, TS/SCI preferred.
3-5 years of experience designing curriculum, lesson plans, vignettes, and role-based training aligned to DoD/USAF requirements. Familiarity or experience developing role-based training for JMPS/JOMS/NOMS environments preferred.
Must be willing to travel and be located 2-3 hours to Scott AFB, IL.
