Role Snapshot Our IT Product Manager for Data Logistics leads strategic product initiatives that modernize secure mail handling, imaging, and digitization of business-critical documents. This Manager oversees the full product lifecycle, aligning delivery with business goals through Agile (SAFe) practices like Program Increment Planning (PI Planning) and backlog refinement. They will partner with engineering, operations, and compliance teams. The IT Product Manager drives scalable, high-tech solutions that support federal and commercial clients. Having technical fluency in Agile tools, workflow automation, cloud platforms, EDI and compliance frameworks is essential. As a key departmental leader, this role fosters innovation, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement. This role requires product management skills including roadmap planning, backlog prioritization and KPI definition.
Salary Range $125,000 ~ $160,000 The base pay offered for this position may vary within the posted range based on your job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Work Location Our first consideration will be to have this new employee live in the state of Wisconsin and to take advantage of Hybrid work and collaboration. Employees living within 45 miles of WPS Headquarters (1717 W. Broadway in Madison, WI) will be expected to be able to work Hybrid 3 days a week on a regular basis.
