Your Tasks And Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this role are to:

Planning & Execution: Partner with the CMO to develop, implement, and monitor strategic vision for and cascading initiatives.

Change Leadership: Drive change thinking and leadership adaptability within the organization by identifying gaps and opportunities and piloting innovative solutions.

Portfolio Support: Independently develop and deliver broad operational support for the marketing leadership team, including executive summaries, strategic frameworks, and background information for appointments and responsibilities.

Project Management: Across priority initiatives, oversee key stakeholder meetings: develop agendas, facilitate sessions, capture and disseminate meeting minutes, and ensure sufficient resourcing and follow-up on action items.

Operational Excellence: Identify opportunities to improve processes, drive efficiency, and optimize team performance.

Executive Communications: Collaborate with corporate communications to draft communications, presentations, and reports for the CMO, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with company messaging.

Strategic Liaison: Analyze, summarize, and channel highly sensitive and confidential information appropriately. Represent the executive's perspective in various settings and manage key stakeholder interactions.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify operational efficiencies, drive industry-leading changes, and implement best practices. Create and accelerate a network for teams cross functionally.

Team Leadership: Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.

Catalyze the development of outcomes based on marketing priorities, leveraging agile and outcome-driven approaches in 90-day cycles.

Who You Are

Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:

Required Qualifications:

Education: Minimum BS/BA

Experience in business consulting, strategic planning, marketing/market access, or other relevant areas. Consumer Goods, or Healthcare sector experience preferred.

Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills, with the ability to challenge the status quo and drive change in complex organizational environments.

Proven project management skills, with a track record of coordinating and delivering projects on schedule.

Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and exhibit an agile, outcome-driven mindset.

Strong collaboration and co-creation skills, with a commitment to continuous learning and development.

Active listener and effective communicator, able to engage in productive debate and influence key stakeholders.

High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential information.

Experience in brand building and with marketing technology platform and analytics tools is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

5+ years progressive experience,

MBA or PhD

Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $110821.50 - 166232.24. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc.. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant's location, market data/ranges, an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
