In this role, you will turn complex marketing and business data into insights that help Polaris' Off-Road Vehicle teams make informed decisions. You will work closely with partners across Marketing, Retail, and Analytics to understand performance throughout the customer journey and highlight opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiency. You will translate signals from campaigns, audiences, and market activity into clear stories that guide planning and prioritization. This position offers the chance to influence high-visibility marketing decisions and deepen your expertise in analytics within a large, data-driven organization.
Analyze marketing performance across channels, campaigns, and audiences to assess impact on business outcomes.
Connect marketing activity to downstream indicators and provide insight into performance across the customer journey.
Own standardized reporting in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint for key marketing and demand indicators.
Conduct root cause analysis to diagnose issues surfaced in reporting.
Develop curated datasets in Snowflake to support demand and marketing performance reporting.
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform planning and prioritization.
Identify trends related to seasonality, product cycles, audiences, and market-level performance.
Support audience and segmentation analysis to inform targeting, messaging, and experience optimization.
Partner with teams across Paid Media, Direct Mail, Email, Website Performance, and Dealer Marketing to provide analytical support.
Collaborate with enterprise data and analytics teams to apply best practices and modern tools.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency in marketing analysis.
Data & Analytical Literacy: You interpret data, metrics, or reporting to inform decisions, identify trends, and measure outcomes relevant to your role.
Communication: You clearly convey information, ideas, and expectations to diverse audiences, adjusting your message to ensure understanding and alignment.
Critical Thinking: You analyze information objectively, evaluate options, and apply sound judgment to solve problems and make informed decisions.
Bachelor's degree, preferably in a quantitative or scientific field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in an analytics-focused role.
Experience translating data into insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in Power BI and Google Analytics.
Expert Excel skills and proficiency in PowerPoint.
Foundational understanding of SQL, statistical analysis, and marketing measurement concepts.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

The starting pay range for Minnesota is $67,000 to $88,000 per year. Individual salaries and positioning within the range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. While individual pay could fall anywhere in the range based on these factors, it is not common to start at the high end or top of the range.
