Marketing Application Analyst Intern

As a Marketing Application Analyst Intern at Rocket, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience in marketing automation while becoming an integral member of our team. You'll leverage data insights to plan, configure, and deploy multichannel marketing communications including emails, SMS, and push notifications. This internship offers you the opportunity to ensure data quality, apply best practices in digital communication, and develop analytical skills through KPI reporting while collaborating with marketing stakeholders.

Configure multichannel marketing automation journeys

Use data insights to select the appropriate audience to test and launch marketing communications

Audit and test email, SMS, and push notifications to ensure requirements are met

Troubleshoot and respond to basic requests for support

Prepare client reports using key performance indicators from marketing emails, SMS, and push notifications

Work closely with Marketing stakeholders to fulfill requests

Learn about our business by attending meetings, huddles, and trainings

Minimum Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field

Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Strong communication skills - Ability to work in a team environment

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of email deliverability best practices

Ability to create reports for marketing emails, SMS, and push notifications

Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Knowledge of project management systems
