What You'll Do:
- Lead end-to-end marketing automation strategy and execution

- Develop and manage customer segmentation and lead nurturing programs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and analytics teams
- Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights
- Ensure best practices in CRM integration and automation workflows
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing automation or CRM marketing
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC experience required)
- Experience building multi-channel journeys and automated nurture programs
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
