Marketing Campaign Manager

The Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that combine digital marketing, product positioning, and visual design. This position will work closely with product managers and designers to launch campaigns, shape go-to-market strategies, and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. This position will also design digital experiences and translate product benefits into compelling visual narratives. This position acts as a mentor to fellow team members and provides training and coaching to achieve departmental goals.

Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns that drive awareness and engagement.

Design visually compelling assets for digital and print media, including ads, social media graphics, email campaigns, brochures, packaging, and presentations.

Manage the end-to-end creative process for projects and product launches. Take projects from initial requests/concepts to create sketches, mockups, and final polished deliverables.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including product, channel, and UX teams) to align creative output with messaging and launch strategies.

Translate product features into clear, value-driven visuals and messaging.

Maintain brand guidelines and contribute to the evolution of the company's visual identity.

Organize and maintain design files, templates, and asset libraries for team-wide access.

Balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting deadlines.

Analyze marketing and campaign performance to optimize and inform future creative strategies.

Measure and report on campaign impact and user engagement.

Learn and maintain a working knowledge of OrePac's products, services, customers, and business to apply to specific design and creative assignments.

Work with team and sales and marketing leadership to analyze and resolve minor to moderate challenges and develop and implement improvements.

Assist with training and mentoring of department employees to further develop and build an established and experienced marketing team.

Ability to travel to customer and industry events up to 10% of the time.

Demonstrated success in coaching and mentoring fellow employees or teammates to achieve developmental growth.

Ability to problem solve minor to moderate challenges within the department utilizing the tools and resources available and escalate the matter to a supervisor or manager when appropriate.

Comfortable engaging and leading individual and team discussions and meetings. Ability to articulate direction and expectations to teammates in a clear and concise manner.

Proven experience in developing, overseeing, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently without supervision. Highly adaptable in fast-paced environments, with strong project management, organizational, and time management skills to effectively prioritize and adjust to shifting priorities and market trends while maintaining high-quality results.

Ability to analyze data and metrics to derive actionable insights and inform decision-making.

Strong creative writing skills, including the ability to write with brand voice and communicate with a diverse audience of professionals and consumers.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).

Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Proficiency in Adobe design applications, Canva, or equivalent.

Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, buyer personas, social media best practices, and brand representation.

Excellent project management, organization, multitasking, and time management skills.

Knowledge of or experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot preferred (but not required).

Ability to work independently with moderate supervision.

Strong customer service orientation and high level of attention to detail.

Commitment to and demonstration of high ethical standards governing professional behavior and interactions.

Knowledge base in building materials is a plus.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to make decisions that are in line with OrePac standards.

Demonstrated capability to develop strong interpersonal working relationships and work in a team environment.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, advertising, communications, public relations or a related field.

5 or more years of experience overseeing, building, and executing multi-channel marketing initiatives.

Any combination of education, training, or experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position will be accepted in place of the education and/or experience requirements listed for this role.

Regularly required to see, talk, and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, the ability to adjust focus, and peripheral vision.

Ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.

The noise level in the work environment is generally quiet.

This position operates in a professional office environment.

This position routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, photocopiers, and smartphones.

All employees are expected to wear clothing appropriate for the nature of OrePac business and the @type of work being performed. Clothing should be neat, clean, and tasteful.

Report all incidents and accidents to one's immediate supervisor within 24 hours.

Maintain the work area in a safe and healthful condition.

Comply with company drug testing policies and procedures.

Comply with company Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) policies. OrePac will provide required PPE to employees.
