Responsible for the strategic management of specific product categories, ensuring portfolio health across key metrics including P&L. This role requires a strong understanding of end-user application needs and the ability to develop category solutions that enhance their work. Prior experience in the building materials industry, especially within the roofing sector, is a strong advantage.

Uncover new areas of growth for specific category using market data, industry trends and end-user insights
Develop and maintain relationships with key departments. Maintain working knowledge of Brand goals & strategies and customers initiatives in order to quickly assess project requirements.
Maintain an open and enthusiastic communication style with internal customers in order to facilitate strong dynamic of customer focus, flexibility, and responsiveness.
Proactively look for opportunities to drive change and improve both process and project outcomes
5 years experience in Marketing, Product Management, Category Management or related field
Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
Marketing/Category Management experience in the building materials industry, especially within the roofing sector, is a plus
High energy, motivated individual with a strong sense of personal accountability

The salary for this role is $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 . This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
