Our client, a leading organization in the sponsorship and event management industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Marketing Consultant 1 - Contingent to join their dynamic team. As a Marketing Consultant 1 - Contingent, you will be an integral part of the sponsorship support team, contributing to the successful execution of hospitality programs and events. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, proactive communication, and a passion for delivering high-quality experiences that align with strategic sponsorship objectives.
Location: Charlotte, NC (On-site, with a flexible schedule of 3 days in-office and 2 days remote)
What's the Job?
Support the planning and execution of sponsorship-related hospitality programs and events.
Coordinate logistics and provide on-site support for various sponsorship events, including travel arrangements.
Track and manage hospitality budgets and process expenses efficiently.
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners involved in sponsorship activities.
Assist in resolving day-to-day operational issues related to event execution and asset fulfillment.
What's Needed?
Experience supporting events, hospitality programs, or sponsorship activations.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with event management or ticketing systems such as TMS or Cvent.
Working knowledge of hospitality operations, venue coordination, or event logistics.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
