Contract Duration: 6+ Months with possible extensions

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ months of Marketing, E-business, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e., Mobile or Social Media) experience
• Ability and experience coordinating and executing different @types of marketing materials
• Strong skills in design studio applications (MS design packages)
• Digital marketing/ platform understanding (mobile, social media)
• Strong relationship and collaboration skills within a large corporate entity
• Business-to-Business service experience
• Strong skills with Microsoft office applications
• Collaborative
• Adaptive
• Problem solver

What You Will Be Doing

• Participate in or provide support for low complexity initiatives within Marketing.
• Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained related to low-risk tasks and deliverables with narrower impact in Marketing.
• Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Provide information to client personnel in Marketing.
• Provide ongoing support for sponsorships which include marketing materials, logo distribution and ads
• Liaison with internal design teams & stakeholders to develop marketing flyers, brochures, biographies, meeting agendas, etc.
• Coordinating approvals regulatory approvals
