Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a short-term contract basis in Hollywood, California. This role is ideal for someone eager to contribute to marketing initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic environment. The position offers an opportunity to assist with various marketing and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations during the coverage period.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and schedule engaging social media content to enhance brand presence.
  • Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns.
  • Support copywriting efforts for marketing materials and communications.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and assignments.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including organizing files and managing schedules.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of social media and email campaigns.
  • Respond to requests and inquiries related to marketing activities.
  • Help coordinate marketing communications and outreach efforts.
  • Maintain accurate records of marketing initiatives and project progress.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and support other team needs as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in marketing or related fields is preferred.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing social media content.
  • Familiarity with email campaign platforms and tools.
  • Strong skills in writing and editing marketing copy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
  • Competence in handling administrative duties effectively.
