Marketing Coordinator
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina
Job Type: Contract
Compensation Range: $31 - 35 per hour
We are seeking a highly organized individual to manage the end-to-end execution of marketing invitations for hundreds of events each year across our line of business. In this role, you will be the key coordinator, responsible for processing and executing different types of marketing materials. A critical part of your job will involve facilitating and securing necessary approvals from various stakeholders and compliance teams, ensuring all materials are executed accurately and on time. Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing support for sponsorships which include marketing materials, logo distribution and ads.
- Liaison with internal design teams & stakeholders to develop marketing flyers, brochures, biographies, meeting agendas, etc.
- Coordinating approvals regulatory approvals.
Qualifications:
- Ability and experience coordinating and executing different types of marketing materials.
- Strong skills in design studio applications (MS design packages).
- Digital marketing/ platform understanding (mobile, social media).
- Strong relationship and collaboration skills within a large corporate entity.
- Business-to-Business service experience.
- Strong skills with Microsoft office applications.
