Marketing Specialist

Position Summary: This position is responsible for supporting and implementing marketing plans and maintaining a consistent brand through various marketing efforts, including digital marketing, public relations, advertising, and trade show strategies. This position will collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to create marketing strategies that engage new and prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business objectives and revenue growth.
  • Plan and project manage industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase the company's capabilities.
  • Execute lead generation campaigns, ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified sales leads.
  • Support digital marketing efforts, including website optimization, SEO, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Design and create marketing collateral, whitepapers, case studies, presentations, and other marketing materials.
  • Partner with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales goals and provide support through materials, presentations, and insights.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Collaborate to develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches.

This is not a remote position. This role must be able to commute to Brooklyn Park, MN offices.

Must Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree required in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related fields.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably in the medical device or manufacturing industry.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM, email, SEO, and analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a team environment.
  • Adaptable and eager to tackle diverse projects.

Good To Have:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, AfterEffects, and Photoshop a plus.

Competitive market salary from $50-65K depending on qualifications and experience.
