Marketing Designer

Looking for a well-rounded marketing designer that can work well in a fast-paced agile environment! This is a full-time position and hybrid to Chicago, IL. Please apply with your most up-to-date resume and portfolio if interested.

In need of a marketing designer who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and knows how to design for performance. You'll be part of a cross-functional SBU team, working alongside strategists, writers, and automation specialists to produce campaign-level creative that drives engagement and conversion.

This role blends creative execution with strategic thinking. You'll design emails, landing pages, social media content, and digital ads that are not only beautiful but effective.

What you will do:

• Design and produce digital marketing assets including emails, landing pages, display ads, and social media graphics
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate briefs into compelling visual campaigns
• Ensure creative aligns with brand standards and regulatory requirements
• Present and defend your work in team reviews, incorporating feedback with agility
• Support multiple SBUs with tailored creative solutions for prospecting, onboarding, and retention
• Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing

Skills:

Adobe Creative Suite, Graphic Design, Design, Marketing Campaign

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Experience with Figma is a nice to have

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $115000.00/yr.
